1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VaultCharts, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use VaultCharts.

2. Description of Service

VaultCharts is a local, private trading chart application. All data is stored locally on your device. VaultCharts offers both a free version and a Pro plan subscription. The free version allows you to import tickers via workflows, add API credentials, and manage custom timeframes, indicators, tickers, and watchlists. The Pro plan includes additional features such as auto-pattern detection on charts, custom indicators, auto-refresh dataflows, and unlimited alerts.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of VaultCharts for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in VaultCharts
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

4. Disclaimer

The materials on VaultCharts are provided on an 'as is' basis. VaultCharts makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

VaultCharts does not provide financial advice. Trading involves risk, and you should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any trading decisions.

5. Limitations

In no event shall VaultCharts or its owner be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use VaultCharts, even if VaultCharts or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. API Credentials and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API credentials. All API credentials are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. VaultCharts is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your API credentials or trading accounts.

7. Data Privacy

All data processed by VaultCharts is stored locally on your device. No data is transmitted to external servers or third parties. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.

8. Pro Plan Subscription

VaultCharts offers a Pro plan subscription service that provides access to premium features. Subscriptions are processed through Stripe and are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). By subscribing to the Pro plan, you agree to pay the subscription fee at the then-current rate.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

VaultCharts reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but may apply to subsequent renewals.

9. Ownership

VaultCharts is owned and operated by Alexander Thomsen and Narangoo as individuals. All rights reserved.

10. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on VaultCharts could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. VaultCharts does not warrant that any of the materials on its application are accurate, complete, or current. VaultCharts may make changes to the materials contained in its application at any time without notice.
