- Export the week in your head (or notes) — closed trades only.
- Score process, not vibes
- Plan written before entry? (%)
- Average actual R vs planned R
- Best setup class (S&D, pattern, breakout, etc.)
- Pick one repeating error — early entry, moved stop, skipped HTF, overtrading B-setups.
- Pick one focus for next week — single rule (e.g. “A-setups only on daily demand”).
- Optional AI pass — paste anonymized notes or ask the assistant to summarize journal themes from saved context (confirm any writes). Still verify yourself.
