A weekly trading review checklist: P&L in R, plan adherence, best/worst setups, MTF mistakes, and one focus for next week — using VaultCharts closed trades and journal.

Weekly trading review (VaultCharts)

Daily notes capture events. A weekly review finds patterns. Block 45–60 minutes when the market is closed for you.

Agenda

  1. Export the week in your head (or notes) — closed trades only.
  2. Score process, not vibes
    • Plan written before entry? (%)
    • Average actual R vs planned R
    • Best setup class (S&D, pattern, breakout, etc.)
  3. Pick one repeating error — early entry, moved stop, skipped HTF, overtrading B-setups.
  4. Pick one focus for next week — single rule (e.g. “A-setups only on daily demand”).
  5. Optional AI pass — paste anonymized notes or ask the assistant to summarize journal themes from saved context (confirm any writes). Still verify yourself.
